Authentication set up for you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are generated for your domain, and the panel checks them live until they resolve. Mail that authenticates is mail that lands.

Spam and virus filtering

Inbound mail is scanned before it reaches your mailbox. Filtering is on from the first message, on the free plan too.

Aliases like info@ and sales@

Give your domain extra addresses that deliver into one or up to 10 of your mailboxes. Switch them on and off or change the targets any time - from 5 aliases on the free plan to 1000 on Enterprise.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One mailbox with 250 MB and 50 emails a day, no time limit and no card. One free plan per account. Upgrade whenever you outgrow it and only the difference is charged.
Do I need to move my domain to you?
No. Keep the domain at your current registrar. You only add a few DNS records - the panel lists the exact values for your domain and verifies them for you.
Can I use Outlook, Thunderbird or my phone?
Yes. Every plan includes IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, so any mail client works. Webmail is there when you would rather not set anything up.
Can I add aliases like info@ or sales@?
Yes. An alias is an extra address on your domain that delivers into one or up to 10 mailboxes of the same plan. It stores nothing itself and cannot send. You can switch aliases on and off, change their targets or delete them in the dashboard or via the API. Free includes 5 aliases, Starter 25, Pro 100, Business 250, Growth 500 and Enterprise 1000.
What happens if I hit the daily send limit?
Further messages are deferred until the allowance refills, which happens gradually over the day. The limit exists so one compromised account cannot get the platform blocklisted. The two largest plans have no send limit.
How do I pay?
You top up your InstantNode balance with PayPal, card or cryptocurrency, and the subscription is paid from that balance each month. Cancel any time.
