That means EU law applies, and your customers' personal data is processed under the GDPR - see our privacy policy for the details. For European users it also simply means lower ping.

Network: low-latency EU routing
Sitting in the middle of Europe's internet backbone, our network is optimised for short paths to users across the EU and the UK. DDoS protection is included on every plan - game server, VPS or dedicated - at no extra charge, because we think paying extra to stay online is absurd.
Reliability: built to stay up
We target 99.9% uptime and back it with continuous monitoring, redundant infrastructure and alerting that wakes a human when something looks wrong. We publish incidents openly on our status page instead of pretending nothing ever breaks.
Security: isolation by design
Every KVM VPS runs as a fully isolated virtual machine with its own kernel, and every LXC VPS is an unprivileged, resource-limited instance with its own root filesystem, network and process space.
