Basics
Very simple answers for people who are completely new.
What is a server?
A server is just a computer that is always online. It can run websites, bots, game servers, or apps for you 24/7.
What is this website used for?
You can rent that online computer here and control it in one place.
What can I do with it?
You can host a website, run a Discord bot, run a game server, test projects, or learn Linux.
Do I need to be an expert?
No. You can start with simple presets and learn step by step. If you get stuck, open a support ticket.
Do I need to buy a physical computer?
No. The hardware is in a datacenter. You access it online from your dashboard.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with a small plan and upgrade when you need more power.
Is this also okay for private projects?
Yes. It works for both private and business projects.
Account & Security
Login, account protection, and identity features in the panel.
Which login methods are available?
You can use email/password login, and Discord OAuth login when Discord is configured by the platform.
Is account security with 2FA supported?
Yes. You can enable TOTP-based 2FA in profile settings and get backup codes for recovery.
Can email verification be required?
Yes. If email verification is enabled in system settings, new accounts must verify email before login.
Can I link or unlink a Discord account later?
Yes. Linked accounts can be managed from profile settings, including linking and unlinking.
vServer (LXC & KVM)
How virtualization, provisioning, and lifecycle actions work.
What is the difference between LXC and KVM?
LXC is container virtualization with low overhead and fast startup. KVM is full virtualization with stronger isolation and VM-like behavior.
Where can I order LXC or KVM?
Use the vServer section and choose either Buy LXC or Buy KVM. Both types are listed together on the same vServer page.
Which billing cycles are available for vServer?
Hourly, weekly, monthly, and yearly cycles are supported.
When does billing start for a new service?
Billing starts at provisioning/purchase time of that specific service, not at one global date for all services.
What happens if auto-renew is disabled or balance is insufficient?
At the next due billing event, the service is suspended instead of renewed until funding/renewal is restored.
Can I control my server after creation?
Yes. Start, stop, restart, reset, and reinstall actions are available in the server detail page.
Discord Bot Hosting
Runtime rules, file management, and billing behavior for bots.
Which bot runtimes are supported?
Node.js and Python are supported.
Are file uploads restrictedin any way?
The bot file manager accepts all file types. The upload size limit is 20 MB per file.
Why can command validation fail on bot creation/update?
Commands are validated for security: runtime must match (node/python), script paths must be relative, and only safe command tokens are accepted.
Billing, Top-Ups & Vouchers
How credits, invoices, and vouchers work in the panel.
Where do I see balance history and invoices?
In the Billing area you can view transaction history, invoices, and balance changes.
Are there top-up bonuses?
Yes. Current volume bonuses are 5% from EUR 50, 10% from EUR 100, and 15% from EUR 250 top-up amounts.
What voucher types exist?
Discount vouchers apply to service purchases (for example containers). Balance vouchers apply during top-up checkout.
Can balance vouchers be redeemed without a top-up purchase?
No. Balance vouchers are applied during top-up payment flow, not as a standalone redeem action.
Support, Dedicated & Roles
Support workflow, dedicated orders, and role-based features.
How do I request support?
Create a support ticket and choose category/priority. Ticket categories include general, technical, billing, and abuse.
How do I order a dedicated server?
Use the Dedicated page and click Order via ticket for the desired plan. You can also open a custom configuration request.
Can I request custom dedicated specs or additional IP resources?
Yes. Custom CPU/RAM/storage/network plus additional IPv4 and subnet requests can be submitted via ticket.
