Billing & Pricing
Your server is charged per hour of runtime. When you deploy, we deduct the hourly rate from your balance each hour automatically. You can top up your balance at any time and cancel or delete your server whenever you want — you only pay for what you actually use.
When your balance reaches zero, your server gets suspended. Power actions, VNC and reinstall are blocked until you top up and extend the runtime. If you don't extend within the grace period, the server will be deleted. You'll always see a warning before deletion.
For virtual servers you can choose between hourly and monthly billing. Bot hosting runs on a monthly cycle, while dedicated servers are handled with monthly pricing through support.
The panel supports card payments via Stripe when enabled, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments via OxaPay. Available methods are shown live during checkout based on the current configuration.
Yes. The platform supports voucher-based discounts for server orders and bonus credit vouchers during top-up checkout. Some vouchers reduce the service price, others increase the amount credited to your balance.
Inside the billing area you can view your balance history, transaction list, and generated invoices. Paid invoices can be downloaded as PDF directly from your dashboard.
Servers & Infrastructure
KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) provides full hardware virtualization — you get your own kernel and can run any OS including Windows. LXC (Linux Containers) shares the host kernel, which makes it faster to boot and more resource-efficient, but limited to Linux. Both provide full root SSH access.
LXC containers are typically live in under 15 seconds. KVM instances take slightly longer due to OS image installation — usually under 30 seconds. Dedicated servers require manual setup and may take up to a few hours.
Yes. Virtual servers are intended for users who need full administrative access. KVM gives you your own kernel and LXC gives you a lightweight Linux environment with root-level control inside the container.
Yes. The dashboard includes common lifecycle actions such as start, stop, restart, reset and reinstall. Depending on the service status, you can also use browser-based access like VNC from the panel.
Yes. Services support auto-renew controls. If auto-renew is disabled, the service is not extended automatically at the next due date and may expire or be suspended depending on the product and billing cycle.
Account & Security
Yes. You can enable TOTP-based 2FA in your profile settings. After setup, the panel also generates backup codes so you can recover access if you lose your authenticator device.
Yes. The account area includes Discord linking and unlinking when the OAuth integration is configured. That makes it easier to connect your panel account with community or support workflows.
For paid services, yes. The panel checks your billing profile before certain orders, such as bot hosting, so invoices and payment records can be generated correctly.
Bot Hosting
Bot hosting supports Node.js and Python. The panel provides starter defaults such as node index.js or python bot.py to get you online quickly.
Commands are validated for safety. The runtime must match the command, script paths must stay relative, and unsafe command patterns are blocked. This protects the shared runtime environment while still allowing normal bot workflows.
Yes. Bot hosting includes file handling in the dashboard, and uploads are limited to 20 MB per file. You can manage project files, adjust the launch command, and restart the bot after changes.
Yes. Bot storage can be increased later in fixed steps. The panel calculates the price difference and charges only the prorated amount for the remaining billing period.
Support & Dedicated
Use the ticket system inside the dashboard. You can open tickets with categories like general, technical, billing, or abuse, set a priority, and continue the conversation directly in the panel.
Dedicated servers are handled via ticket-based ordering. You can request a listed plan or open a custom order request, and the team will confirm availability, setup details, and next steps manually.
Yes. The project includes support flows for custom dedicated configurations and related infrastructure requests. If you need a special CPU, RAM, storage layout, or network setup, open a ticket with the exact requirements.
