Partner Terms of Service

These Partner Terms of Service ("Partner TOS") govern participation in the InstantNode Partner Program ("Program"). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by InstantNode. InstantNode reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Partners must meet the minimum legal age in their country.

2. Partner Obligations

Partners agree to actively promote InstantNode on their Discord server and, if applicable, other platforms such as websites or services.

• No false or misleading advertising
• No spam, mass messaging, or bot usage
• No self-referrals or fraudulent activity
• No misrepresentation of InstantNode services

3. Partner Benefits

• Custom Partner rank in the InstantNode Discord server
• Ability to promote your own service in partner channels
• Partner role in the InstantNode Web Panel
• Access to the Partner Dashboard

4. Affiliate Code & Discounts

Partners may create a custom affiliate code through the Partner Dashboard. Users who purchase VPS services using the code receive a 10% discount.

5. Revenue & Rewards

Partners can track generated revenue in the Partner Dashboard. For every 100€ in valid revenue, the Partner earns 7€ worth of goods. (7%) Partnerships with value to us will have an increased rate. Value = people frequently use your code

Rewards may include:

• Giveaways under the InstantNode name (Nitro, gift cards, panel balance, VPS)
• Rewards for the Partner's own service (panel balance, crypto, server runtime)

Refunded, disputed, or fraudulent payments do not count toward rewards.

6. Data Access & Confidentiality

Partners may see usernames and spending amounts of users who used their affiliate code. This data is confidential.

• Data may not be shared, published, or sold
• Data may only be used for internal analytics

Violation of this rule results in immediate removal from the Program.

7. Termination

InstantNode may terminate or suspend a Partner at any time for violations, fraud, abuse, or reputational harm.

8. Changes to Terms

InstantNode may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Partner Program is provided "as is". InstantNode does not guarantee earnings or performance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to InstantNode's operating jurisdiction.
