These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by the hosting provider. By registering for or using any of the services, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Services

The provider offers hosting-related services including, but not limited to, servers, storage, network access, and related infrastructure. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

3. Registration and User Account

Certain services require account registration. The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to keep login credentials confidential. The provider is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Malware, viruses, botnets, or harmful software
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging
• Cryptomining without explicit permission
• Activities that disrupt or damage the infrastructure

5. Resource Usage

The user must not exceed the allocated resources (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth). The provider reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services in case of abuse.

6. Content Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for all content stored, processed, or transmitted using the services. The provider does not monitor content but may take action if legal violations become known.

7. Data Backup

The user is responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data. The provider is not liable for data loss unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Service Availability

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime. The provider does not guarantee a specific uptime unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Suspension and Termination

The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms of Service are violated or if required by law.

10. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid on time. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are excluded unless explicitly agreed upon.

10.1 Refund Policy and Store Credit

Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of account credit (store credit). Cash refunds to the original payment method are excluded.

Refund eligibility depends on the selected billing cycle and is subject to the following conditions:

• Hourly billed services: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Weekly billed services: Eligible for store credit refunds only if requested within 24 hours after the initial purchase.
• Monthly billed services: Eligible for store credit refunds only if requested within the first 7 days after the initial purchase.
• Yearly billed services: Eligible for store credit refunds only if requested within the first 7 days after the initial purchase.

Store credit is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and can only be used to purchase services offered by the provider. Transaction fees, consumed resources, and add-on services are excluded from refunds.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the provider’s registered office.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
